A fractured endodontic file buried inside a root canal is one of the most stressful complications in dentistry. Referring the patient out costs time and trust. Attempting removal with improvised instruments risks perforation. This kit gives you a complete, purpose built system to access, clamp, and extract broken file fragments in a controlled, predictable workflow.

One kit replaces the search for separate instruments. Everything you need is organized in a single sterilization box. Handpiece, cannulas, NiTi drills, actuation levers, and mounting hardware. No gathering instruments from different trays. No improvising with tools that were not designed for this. Open the box, assess the case, and start working.

Create the access channel first. The 5 NiTi path drills (sizes 60.04, 70.03, 80.02, 90.02, 110.01) create space around the fractured fragment so the cannula can reach it. Flexible NiTi follows the canal anatomy without removing excessive dentin.

Then clamp and extract. The needle cannulas (3 sizes) and cutting cannulas (3 sizes with NiTi cutting drills in Ø0.8, Ø0.9, Ø1.1mm) engage the exposed fragment. The clamping mechanism on the handpiece locks onto the file and holds it securely. The actuation lever drives the extraction. Controlled force, no slipping, no pushing the fragment deeper.

Three pin diameters (0.45, 0.55, 0.60mm) accommodate different file sizes and canal dimensions. Match the pin to the fragment and the canal for a secure grip every time.

Adjustable sleeve angle up to 90°. The bending wrench lets you change the clamping sleeve angle from the factory position to match the access you have. Posteriors, curved canals, limited opening. Adjust the angle and reach what you need to reach.

Microscope compatible. Designed to work under magnification for controlled visualization during the entire extraction process. See the fragment, see the engagement, see it come out.

Reusable stainless steel construction. Every component is built for repeated clinical use. Autoclavable at 134°C for at least 5 minutes with a rated lifespan of at least 250 sterilization cycles. The sterilization box keeps everything organized and ready between cases.
