Shipping Policy

Worldwide Shipping to 100+ Countries
We offer free worldwide shipping with reliable tracked delivery to over 100 countries. If your country isn't available at checkout, contact us and we'll help.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a tracking email once your order ships. Delivery estimates below begin from the dispatch date, not the order date.

Shipping Time
Shipping times vary by location. Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • Europe, United States and Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package.

Tracking Issues
If your tracking shows "No information available at the moment," it can take 2–5 business days to update. If it's been more than 5 business days with no update, please contact us.

Lost or Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your billing and shipping addresses are correct at checkout. We're not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If we make an error, we'll correct it at no additional charge.

Customs and Import Duties
Most countries have no extra charges. However, some countries (such as Mexico and Brazil, among others) may charge import duties or customs fees on incoming orders. These fees are set by your country's government, not by Dental Kits, and are the customer's responsibility. If your order is charged customs and you choose not to pay or refuse the package, the order cannot be refunded. Please make sure you're able to receive your order before placing it.

Failed or Missed Deliveries
Our courier will attempt delivery to the address you provide. If no one is available to receive it, delivery may fail. In this case, we'll share the local courier's contact details so you can arrange redelivery directly. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order.
