At Dental Kits, We proudly offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, giving you a generous window of 30 days to initiate a return request. Please take a moment to review our refund policy for a complete understanding.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • If your order has not yet been shipped from our side, we will refund your money back to the original payment method.

  • If your order has already been shipped and you cancel the order or request a refund, you will receive store credit instead of a refund.

After approval
If your return request is approved, please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and any associated fees, including a minimum restocking fee of $10 USD, which may range from 10% to 25% of the order value. It's important to note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that all returns should be dispatched to our warehouse in the United Kingdom for processing.

Damaged Deliveries

Exchanges
